I have worked in the mental health field since 2014, largely in outpatient and school settings. I truly believe in life-long learning, especially in this line of work. During my graduate program, I participated in an Evidence-Based Behavioral Healthcare Training Program which focused on using a variety of evidence-based models (CBT, TF-CBT for example). To this day, I continue my passion to learn by regularly attending seminars and trainings to provide clients the best quality of care. Because of this, I have training in various evidence-based treatment approaches (please see my services section for a full list).

My Hobbies & Interests

I love spending time with family and friends especially watching movies (we watch a lot of Disney in our household), spending time outdoors, to exploring new restaurants or cuisine! I love all things plants, gardening, animals and Harry Potter.
